Contact sellerWhile Brown Jordan was once synonymous with long lasting, superior quality justifying it’s incredibly high cost – it no longer is. I spent tens of thousands of dollars on new Brown Jordan and at least two of the pieces did not last longer than one year (and in one case 6 months) before the product failed. The outside material chipped off exposing the aluminum frame, which is unsightly to say the least. Funny, the warranty, which I knew nothing about until I contacted the company and they refused to repair the failed furniture, says the warranty is void if you do not store the furniture indoors. I have many, many pieces of their furniture and I would need to buy a second home to store them all inside. Now mind you – I had all of the outdoor furniture professionally wrapped and the Brown Jordan furniture that was ten years old fared perfectly fine. It was only the brand new furniture that did not withstand the winter covered and wrapped. Draw whatever conclusions you can from those set of facts!!! The quality of the Brown Jordan furniture has drastically plummeted and their response is not even a sorry but that it is not their responsibility. Now that is a company to stand behind. Buyer beware!!! Do not waste your hard earned money on Brown Jordan furniture. It is not worth it to say the least.
